EVO 0550
The EVO 0550 is our laser module with fixed optics. Depending on the application, the system can be equipped with different laser sources and optics and thus offers wide-ranging application possibilities, especially for radially symmetrical components or for use on an X-Y axis for contour welding.
The quality of the weld can be ensured by various online monitoring modules, such as temperature monitoring by means of a pyrometer. Due to the space-saving design of the laser head, this module fits into any production environment. The virtually maintenance-free and service-friendly EVO 0550 is predestined for use in 24-hour high-volume production.
The EVO 0550 goes through the unique CQC calibration concept of Evosys Laser GmbH, which ensures comparability of systems. To guarantee quality even during production at the customer’s site, various modules for online process monitoring can be used as an option.
