The EVO 0800-TD is a compact process module for contour and quasi-simultaneous laser plastic welding. Equipped with a galvo scanner, it offers a working field of 100 x 100 mm² and an integrated top-down clamping system with an adjustable clamping force from 160 to 1,600 N. With laser power of up to 400 W, the module can be configured to meet different application requirements.
Designed for seamless integration into automated production lines, the EVO 0800-TD combines laser processing and clamping technology in a compact module. Different optical configurations allow the module to be adapted to specific welding requirements. Additional options such as burn detection, Next Generation Optics and tool coding further extend the possibilities for process monitoring and production integration.
