Success story: Automotive fluid management

This fluid management component made of PA6 GF30 natural/black is welded using the quasi-simultaneous laser welding process. The application requires IP6K7-tight sealing, high process reliability and cost-efficient series production.

To meet the customer’s flexible production concept with belt transfer automation, EVOSYS implemented an EVO 3800 process module. The system is fully integrated into the production line, complies with laser class 1 requirements and provides all necessary communication interfaces. Process setup and parameter adjustments are performed easily using the intuitive EvoLaP software.
