Despite the unstable global economic situation, the EVOSYS Group can once again look back on a successful fiscal year. The laser plastic welding technology is part of a stable growth market in the medium term, and the EVOSYS brand is well positioned in the international market as a technology leader.

The year 2025 and the preceding months presented the mechanical engineering industry with particular challenges: global competition, rising material costs, fluctuating sales figures in the automotive industry, and tariff uncertainties shaped the economic landscape. Yet it is precisely during such periods that a company’s strength is revealed.

Evosys Laser GmbH has used this time to make targeted investments in the future—both at its Erlangen location and in its international subsidiaries. The focus has been on research and development, as well as the continuous development of our employees and infrastructure. As a technology leader, we know that innovation is the key to sustainable success. Our R&D activities aim to continuously optimize existing products and create unique added value for our customers through new, patent-protected solutions. In this way, we not only secure our competitiveness but also actively shape the future of the industry.

The subsidiaries in the U.S. and China are showing encouraging progress. Particularly in the U.S. market, numerous innovative projects are currently underway, being driven forward with great momentum and successfully tested.

The start of 2026 has also been positive so far. For the EVOSYS Group, the stability and sustainability of our business are our top priorities. Rather than focusing on a single major customer and short-term profits, we have maintained a diversified business model from the very beginning. As a result, we are represented in all key industries and are less vulnerable to fluctuations in individual sectors or markets.

Evosys Laser GmbH has once again been recognized as a TOP 100 Top Innovator 2026 in the field of innovation. We were also honored to receive the BayernsBest50 award and were recognized by Kununu in the third quarter as one of the Top 3 Employers in Bavaria. A particular highlight is the “Grand Prize for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 2026” from the Oskar Patzelt Foundation—we are currently in the preliminary jury stage for this award. This prestigious honor recognizes companies that set standards in the German economy through innovative strength, sustainable growth, and outstanding customer focus.
