The EvoWeld Mini is a compact tabletop laser welding system designed for prototyping and small batch production, ideal for laboratory environments. With different available wavelengths, laser class 1 safety, intuitive EvoLaP software, and optional monitoring features, it offers flexible and reliable processing in a minimal footprint.
EvoWeld
The EvoWeld is a versatile laser welding system for plastics, designed for small to medium and high volume production with flexible configurations for a wide range of applications. With a compact footprint of around 1 m², intuitive EvoLaP software, and low-maintenance design, it ensures reliable 24/7 operation. Our EvoWeld is available for manual or automated loading and unloading.
EVO 0800-TD-SA
The EVO 0800-TD-SA is a very flexible laser welding system for serial production. Basis is our Process Module EVO 0800-TD, which is equipped with a kit for Stand-Alone-Operation. This enables our customers to produce parts while waiting for the automation line to be finished; when finished, the process module can easily be integrated thus all know-how is immediately available in automated production line.
EVO 2800
The EVO 2800 is a versatile laser welding system for small to medium and high production, offering flexible configurations with various laser sources and optics. With a compact footprint, electrical rotary table, EvoLaP software, and CQC-calibrated performance, it ensures reliable, low-maintenance 24/7 operation with minimized cycle time. EVO 2800 is available in different sizes for small, mid and big size parts and for welding one or more parts during a cycle to achieve high volume output.
