It does not always make economic sense to invest in a production line for plastic laser welding. In this case, we offer contract manufacturing on our production lines. Contract manufacturing can be handled via our partner, Evosys Laser Services.

We take over the assembly of your subassemblies and prepare them for laser welding. If desired, we also test the individual parts. Subsequently, the assemblies are welded on our laser systems. This ensures a consistent quality. Before shipment, all welds are checked again according to their specifications. The entire production chain is documented in close coordination with you and data archiving is carried out.
