Downtime in production is not only annoying, but often also costly. In highly automated production processes in particular, even a short downtime can have considerable economic consequences – including missed delivery deadlines or contractual penalties. In order to provide our customers with the best possible protection, we have developed a new contract module in addition to the existing service and maintenance contracts: 24/7 emergency support.
The Advantages
With the new service option, we ensure that our experienced service technicians are at your side around the clock. Our specially set up emergency hotline gives you access to qualified remote support in the shortest possible time. When you book the contract module, we guarantee a response time of 4 hours via our hotline and, if necessary, an on-site visit within the next three working days. This significantly reduces downtimes and in many cases avoids production stoppages altogether. This means that you have direct contact in the event of malfunctions outside our office hours and predictable service costs even in emergencies.
This is how our readiness works:
In the event of a fault, simply contact us via our emergency number. Our technicians will immediately connect to your system via secure remote access, analyse the fault and initiate measures – whether through direct troubleshooting or a temporary solution so that your production can continue. You will then receive a summary of the work carried out and recommendations for further optimisation of your system or a service call directly on site.
