EVO 0700

The EVO 0700 is a universal laser welding machine for processing radially symmetrical components. With its movable rotation arm, even components that cannot be rotated themselves can be reliably manufactured. The variable angle adjustment of the arm also allows complex geometries and components with lateral exits.

The quality of the weld can be ensured by various online monitoring modules, such as temperature monitoring with pyrometer. Due to the space-saving design of the laser head, this integration module fits into any production environment. The virtually maintenance-free and service-friendly EVO 0700 is predestined for use in 24-hour high-volume production. The EVO 0700 goes through Evosys Laser GmbH’s unique CQC calibration concept, which ensures system comparability.
