EVO 0750 AQW
The EVO 0750 AQW is a laser module with a customised optical configuration for contour or quasi-simultaneous welding of plastics with two wavelengths.
With the patented Advanced Quasi-Simultaneous Welding process (AQW), two lasers with different wavelengths are coupled in one processing head. By irradiating with two lasers simultaneously or alternately at a frequency matched to the material, an optimum welding result is achieved with minimum welding time. By using two wavelengths, both joining partners are heated so that the welding process is faster, new material combinations are possible and higher strengths can be achieved. It is also possible to use the optical module in test systems in order to realise both clear-clear processes and classic transparent-absorbent processes in one system.
The laser module can be equipped and expanded with different configurations for laser plastic welding. The quality of the weld is ensured by various additional modules. For example, by means of a high-precision position measuring system integrated into the clamping module and other online monitoring modules.
