class=\"evosys-columns\">\n        <div class=\"evosys-copy\"><p>Beim Laser-Kunststoffschwei\u00dfen (auch Laser-Durchstrahlschwei\u00dfen genannt) wird ein f\u00fcr die Wellenl\u00e4nge des Lasers transparentes Oberteil mit einem Unterteil kombiniert, das den Laser absorbiert. Der Laserstrahl wird durch das lasertransparente Teil auf das absorbierende Gegenst\u00fcck fokussiert, wodurch die Oberfl\u00e4che des letzteren schmilzt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n                    <div class=\"evosys-copy\"><p>Durch die Anwendung von Anpressdruck auf die beiden H\u00e4lften des zu schwei\u00dfenden Bauteils entsteht eine stoffschl\u00fcssige Verbindung. Der Kunststoff wird nur an der Stelle geschmolzen, an der er direkt dem Laser ausgesetzt wird, und verfestigt sich unmittelbar danach, so dass kein geschmolzenes Material herausgedr\u00fcckt wird. Komponenten<\/p>\n<p>Beim Laser-Kunststoffschwei\u00dfen werden zwei verschiedene F\u00fcgeteile kombiniert: ein transparentes F\u00fcgeteil (LT) und ein absorbierendes F\u00fcgeteil (LA). Das transparente Teil l\u00e4sst die Laserenergie durch, w\u00e4hrend das absorbierende Teil die Energie kontrolliert aufnimmt. Die Komponenten sind vormontiert und im gew\u00fcnschten Montagezustand fixiert.  <\/p>\n<p>Bei einer \u00dcberlappschwei\u00dfung werden die zu verbindenden Teile mit definierter Kraft zusammengepresst.
