Frank Brunnecker and Holger Aldebert are a successful team in the laser industry. Thanks in part to their pioneering work over 15 years, laser plastic welding is now an established joining process in industrial manufacturing.

After the successful development of one of the market leaders in the field of standard systems for laser plastic welding, the foundation of Evosys Laser GmbH was the logical consequence to be able to offer the market flexible state-of-the-art solutions combined with the latest future technologies.

EVOSYS has stood for a new generation of material processing systems since 2015.

Competences

We focus! In order to offer you the best possible solution, we focus on the application areas of laser plastic welding, laser soldering and micrometal welding with the laser. What they all have in common are the basic system technology requirements. This ensures that you receive the most economical solution in the long term.

We know what we are doing! Our team has decades of experience in laser material processing. It has already brought hundreds of processes into series production. In particular, processes for laser plastic welding are our specialty. In our in-house technical center, we use the latest technology to redefine the limits together with you.

We are experts! From stand-alone machines to fully interlinked special solutions, our team has already implemented everything. In addition to excellent mechanical engineering, we also take care of project management and are happy to involve other desired partners for you.

Internationalization

With the development of the two economic regions of Europe and China, access to two of the three most important world markets has been established to date. The focus is now additionally on a stronger market development of the US market. It is the world’s largest economy and, in addition to an extensive industrial belt in the northeast, also has younger and technology-heavy industrial regions in the northwest and southwest. The branches automotive industry, electrical engineering and industrial equipment are among the most important for these regions and offer Evosys Laser GmbH an optimal access to possible sales markets.

The aim of internationalization in the United States of America is primarily to further open up the country’s market and increase recognition of the brand and its products.

In this market development, Evosys Laser GmbH is supported by the European Union with funds from the European Regional Development Fund.
